Rates

The translation price is calculated on the basis of the number of words of the source document.

The price of translation of audio or video material is estimated on a per-minute basis.

An extra charge will apply in the case of formats requiring the use of desktop publishing software other than Words, Excel or PowerPoint.

Invoices are sent by mail (print copy) or via e-mail (scanned), at the clients’ choice.

Payments are to be made within 15 dates of the invoice date (unless otherwise agreed) either by check or wire transfer. No retainers in advance are requested whatsoever.
